We are honored to welcome you to this journey. Follow these simple steps to reserve your place:

  1. Fill out the inquiry form below to begin your registration.
  2. Receive our screening questionnaire— we will reach out via email with a more detailed form to ensure this retreat is the right fit for you and that you will fully benefit from the experience.
  3. Join an information call — once we review your questionnaire, we will invite you to a video call where we’ll share everything about the retreat and answer all your questions.
  4. Secure your spot with a deposit — after the call, you will receive payment instructions for the $800 USD deposit, required to confirm your participation.
  5. Welcome to the retreat! — once your deposit is received, you will get a welcome package with all the details for your journey, including information about the remaining balance.

We want to make sure that this journey is as smooth and comfortable for you as possible, so if you ever have any questions or doubts during the process please don't hesitate to reach out!

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

Please read carefully our cancellation policy:

The $800 USD deposit is non-refundable. However, the following transfer policy applies in the event of a cancellation:

  • 90 or more days before the retreat: the full deposit may be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat

  • 60 to 89 days before the retreat: 50% of the deposit ($400) may be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat

  • Less than 60 days before the retreat: the deposit is non-transferable and will be forfeited in full

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Credit transfers are valid for one year from the date of cancellation and are non-refundable.
