Reservation and Screening Process

We are honored to have you join us. To register please follow the this step-by-step guide:

  1. The registration process starts with you filling out the retreat inquiry form below.
  2. After filling out the form we will contact you via email and ask you to fill out a more detailed document, which is part of our screening process to ensure that every guest will benefit from our retreat.
  3. Once we receive the filled-out document, we will set up an information video call.  During this call, we will share with you all about the retreat and answer all your questions.
  4. After the call, we will send you the deposit payment information. There is an $800 (/800€) US dollar(/Euro) non-refundable/transferable deposit to ensure our participation in the retreat.
  5. Once you have paid the deposit you are all set to be part of the retreat!  We will send you a welcome package as well as more information about the remaining payment.

After the call, we will provide you with information for the deposit payment. A non-refundable deposit of $800 (800€) is required to secure your participation in the retreat. In the event of a cancellation, a portion of the deposit can be transferred to a future retrea

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read carefully our cancellation policy:

  • All deposits and retreat payments are non-refundable but partially transferable to future retreats.
  • If the participant decides to cancel their reservation more than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, the participant will be able to transfer 50% of their payment into a future retreat in the following 2 years from the start of the retreat.
  • If the participant decides to cancel their reservation within 8 weeks of the start of the program, the participant may transfer 50% of their payment to a future retreat in the next 2 years if we can fill their place in the program. We will try our best to do so.
 

* If a participant cancels their reservation more than 8 weeks before the retreat begins, they can transfer 50% of their deposit ($400) to a future retreat. This transfer option is valid for up to 2 years from the start date of the original retreat.

* If a participant cancels their reservation within 8 weeks before the retreat begins, they can transfer 30% of their deposit ($240) to a future retreat. This transfer option is valid for up to 2 years from the start date of the original retreat.
